| Responsibilities: | - Manage & provide technical support, repair, field service, maintenance, electrical wiring, assemble & installation of packaging machineries. - Maintain close working relationship and a good team player with colleagues to ensure customers satisfaction with our after sales services. - Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline. - Provide timely and accurate external & internal professional technical reports and spare parts inventory. - Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior as and when require. |
